The movie is produced, written and directed by John Hamburg, who previously made Ben Stiller’s ‘Along Came Polly’ and co-wrote ‘Meet the Fockers.’ ‘I Love You, Man’ is currently planned for January next year.

Universal has sent over all their production stills of ‘The Incredible Hulk.’ The release date of Marvel’s second film is nearing. June 13 is just around the corner. You might have thought, “new pictures of Friday the 13th? Isn’t that movie 30 years old?” Well, yes, and no. It’s what they like to call a remake — Hollywood especially. And director Marcus Nispel doesn’t mind doing them. He redid ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ in 2003, and he’s doing the same with Jason Voorhees’ movie.

The $16 million rehash, also known as ‘Friday the 13th Part 12,’ will be out February 13, 2009. Guess what day? Yes, Friday the 13th, where did we hear that before? It’s such a marketing cliché at this point. Getting back to the pictures. These couple of photos (probably taken with a cell phone) feature Jared Padalecki (’Supernatural’ and ‘Gilmore Girls’) and the photographer says he “is a super nice guy!”

It will be interesting to see how Marcus Nispel handles ‘Friday the 13th,’ since ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ was a huge hit, but his recent movies didn’t do that well.
