 | | Anthony Peckham is on a roll. Last week we heard his script ‘The Human Factor’ is being directed by none other than Clint Eastwood and will feature Matt Damon. And this week he has signed to write ‘The Tourist,’ a crime drama with George Clooney.
Based on the book by Olen Steinhauer, it follows the story of a spy who is accused of murder and risks everything to uncover the truth. Bharat Nalluri, who recently made ‘Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day,’ will direct the thriller.

 | | Matt Damon can start building some muscles again, since he signed for the rugby movie ‘Human Factor.’ Or maybe he still has them from doing three ‘The Bourne Identity’ movies, I don’t know.
Damon joins Morgan Freeman in the new Warner Bros. movie by Clint Eastwood. The script is written by Anthony Peckham, who also wrote ‘Don’t Say a Word.’ The story follows Francois Pienaar (Damon) and Nelson Mandela, who created an event for the whites and blacks in South Africa, just after the apartheid.
Shooting will start at the beginning of next year, also in South Africa.
